I wanted calamari and they didnt have but its on the menu then I ordered a burger and the bottom bun was soggy dont know what happened but besides that it was okay

They gave us small under cooked chips With a burger that is not presented like it is on the menu, they were even rude to us

Well the is great service, the only issue I have is with the establishment not allowing waiters to keep their tips, 😒 now that is some slavery tactic right the

Wimpy - Thavani Mall: Went for burgers on Saturday, 24 April. The service was slow and the burgers tasted a bit fishy as if something was fried with oil used for fish. Asked clearly for burgers only - no chips. Was served burgers and chips!We thought we would give the store another chance as they were busy on the Saturday, so we went back there today. Ordered 2 waffles with syrup and cream. Was given waffles with honey and cream - we dont eat honey!!!! What about those people like my daughter who are allergic to bees & subsequently honey. They could send someone into anaphalactic shock because we werent even warned. When we questioned the use of honey, we were then told they dont have syrup. Thats something you tell the customer when they order - you dont just substitute!!!We will never go there again.

Ive been sitting for more than 15 mins without help.. The waiters were busy running around giving specific people attention. They have a poor service.

We visited Wimpy on Mothers day and it was a disaster. Arrived at 12.45.Service was very slow until the waiter took our orders at 13.05.We had to leave at 13.40 hungrier than ever after placing our orders twice with no luck because they didnt have this and that. NEVER,NEVER again will I set my foot at Wimpy Thavhani Mall again.

Pathetic service. We have been sitting for 10 minutes, no one has served us yet. The Sanitizer station is untidy, no temperature checks done, most of the waitresses arent wearing masks, the one guy who looks like the manager drags his feet when r walks, no smile, customers sitting with their masks by the neck, they dont have stuff on the menu....... Looks like i will need a book to record all the issues here. Perhaps train your staff or close shop.

Orders take too long

Worst restaurant experience of my life, you wait for 30 minutes for a meal only to find out the meal is not even properly done

The service was bad. We had to wait for about 20minutes before the waiter could attend to us. After getting a waiter to assist us, we placed our order that took about 30 to 45 minutes before we could be served, if the waiting was not enough, our food that we ordered was not complete we where told that one of the plate we ordered was not complete therefore we have to change what we have ordered. We ordered a bottled drink and we asked to be served in a glass with ice, but the drink was served in a bottle with no ice. We where neglected by our waiter, we had to go to the till to ask for the bill, which took us about 15 minutes to be able to pay. Some of the customers had to leave the store unattended due to bad service and long waiting..
