I received the best customer service from Khethani. She was able to answer all the questions I have. I left the shop happy because of the service I was offered.

They are quite slow when it comes to rendering their services,I went there twice in December, but I couldnt get any assistance. The first time the ticket system was not working and the wait was long, and the second time the fingerprints scanner was not working and the lady whom I was being assisted by she wasnt sure when they will fix it.The third time I was there it was January, the queue was moving slowly but I did manage to get assistance

Phathu from Telkom Thavhani Mall gave me such an outstanding service on my business line.

They have some good deals and they are friendly. Sometimes they take longer to help customers.I went there to get my wifi router and the service was awesome. It took a bit longer than expected to finish the whole process of taking it on contract. It took about 45 minutes for the whole process to be approved until I get out of the store. Telkom has great deals and it had the best deal of all others when it comes to data and wifi routers.If they can shorten their paperwork, the process will take less time. But otherwise I was very happy with their service.At the end, they ask you to rate their service and they also follow up on whether youre still satisfied with their product.They also have very good product support service. But they do not offer good help after office hours. If you need their help after hours, you wont get help if your problem is not found on their website or FAQ section.Overall, they have a great service.

Did a Sim swap on Monday 23 December 2019 and still to date 28 December 2019 my Sim card is not working. They say the person who did the Sim swap didnt complete the order and sent emails to her when I call telkom support. No response from her since. I think the name is Phatuthedzo as I was told by the rep at Telkom support. Please get your act together.

Bad customer service, workers there only speak venda, they will not even try to speak english at all.Makes one to feel like they are aliens.I went in to enquire about a deal i wanted, i was just told that i need 4g coverage if i was someone clueless i wouldnt have understood anything.So before going to this place work on your venda, or else you will feel stupid
