DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!! I dont know why they are in the hospitality industry because they should not be. 1.we arrive at the place to find the room different to what we booked: the floors are concrete and unlike how they advertise on the website there was no carpet. We requested a bath tub and we were only told upon arrival that there is only one tub available (not on website) and it was taken. 2. We booked and paid for two people and not only did we have to share one towel, in the morning they only prepared breakfast FOR ONE GUEST! When we asked them to fix it we were told that when two people book with them.. They will only serve 1 guest, and the other guest will have to pay for their breakfast - they did not specify any of this ridiculousness when we were booking. The manager was very RUDE and refused to sort the issue out. We left without eating breakfast that we were told is included in the final booking price. Worst service EVER! Book anywhere else, but not them.

Beautiful place, nicely decorated. Getting there is a nightmare but the place itself is amazing. Nice breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. We stayed for more than a day and our room wasnt cleaned and our towels were not replaced. We had to ask for clean towels. Please check the weather if you want to go here. Make sure it is hot or cold but not raining traveling around in the rain is horrible.

This a one beautiful gem of a place. Absolutely beautiful, clean, neat with attention to detail. Design and decor superb. Staff very very pleasant. Home cooked dinner was the BEST. A homely eating experience.Just need bar fridges in the rooms, then it will be perfect.👌🏾 I will be back for sure.

Best thus far. TV channels, breakfast, bed, rooms, wow, am impressed. The road to the establishment requires serious attention, feeling really concerned and sorry for those not driving high-rised cars.

Need for staff to work on attitude esp when one is checking in af midnight after long working hours. Beautiful ambiance though.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!First of all, the road leading to it is absolutely horrible and the signage on the street led me down a piece of road I literally had to inch down to avoid damaging the car (this ended up being a futile exercise because the car got damaged anyway). I tried to call for assistance 7 times and nobody answered. Only to find that the guy who’s supposed to be at reception answering the phone and I welcoming guests is outside the gate socialising on the street. When I asked why nobody was answering the phone I’m told that it must be a network issue. So I call again right there at reception and the phone miraculously rings 🙄 the guy didn’t even apologise until I asked him whether or not he would.This place looks good on paper but it is really not worth it. If anything, you’ll only incur an unexpected expense for the damage caused to your car. Please, save yourself some unhappiness and go elsewhere.

The place is beautiful, the service is fantastic. The stuff is friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend it to anyone you will never go wrong with the hospitality.

Anisa guesthouse team was receptive upon our arrival, with an excellent service, from the first until the last day. I recommend Anisa guesthouse to anyone and everyone. I give it a 100%. As for the manager in charge Tshililo and his team, were very friendly and respectful, they made us feel at home.

I used to travel many countries.

Visited here last week and very unimpressed and concerned that one of the main staff members did not wear a mask at all. No COVID-19 related protocols in place. Did not feel safe.
