I think they have the largest cake and bake selection in the whole of Gauteng. The fresh produce in good quality.

It deserves to one of the well managed business, because the manager help me fine something which was on sale but not in the shop.He responded very quickly when I mentioned that I came for the 3rd time for the same product

My goodness! If you blindfolded me and let me walk into PnP Tembisa and blindfolded me again and let me walk into PnP Birchleigh, I would still be able to tell the difference. The service is appalling. The staff are so unfriendly and the store itself is not the cleanest. Bottom line: DONT GO THERE! (Unless you dont have a choice, like me)What a horrible representation of PnP as such a mega brand. The service that we get in the township is not even close to the worst service you could get in town. I am beyond disappointed.

One thing most people are unaware of when visiting the shop, precautions of covid 19 are taken seriously and have I have noticed a pick n pay staff working at entrance asking one of the consumers to come back and sanitize as he(customer) opted to pass without being sanitized. Salute to the ground staff.

Long queues the service was great but there were no packers for my groceries.

I bank with Tymebank and most tils most of the time do not have cash for us to withdraw, can this please be rectified. This is what happened to me and most people, you end up spending more time in store than necessary

They do not count the amount of people that go in the shop. Its always crowded to the fullest and definitely not supervising social distancing. They are not following safety rules to keep theyre customers and employees safe. This supermarket should be closed down.

The lady at Pick n Pay was rude towards me thinking Im playing music on my headsets so she was very mean torwards me,just because she had to authorise something at the till of which it is her job,its just that I forgot her name
