Great atmosphere while sitting with your feet in the sand having one of the best pizzas Ive had ever!

Love this cozy little pizzeria with sand floors and two gorgeous fireplaces. Well worth a vist. And to top it all the pizzas were divine.

If you do not stop here to enjoy their food you will be missing out. Probably some of the best Pizza and Pasta that you will have. Almost everything is made from scratch and this makes all the difference. No liquor license yet, but you can bring your own and they do not charge a corkage fee. Vibe is awesome and the owners are very involved and always there. This place deserves 10 stars!

Cant really give a full 5 star without actually eating there, but the place looks interesting and the take-out pizzas were really great and the service was excellent. I will have to give it the full eat in visit next time. Certainly worth a look.

What a great pizza place. The owners are friendly and welcoming, the place is not on the beach but you get the vibe that you are in a beach front restaurant. Not only that but the pizzas and pastas are fantastic. They do not serve alcoholic but you can bring your own and sit back and enjoy.

Hey Friends.Yesterday was my second visit to Gavins Pizza, and again, I was delighted with the food. Their wood fired pizza is really something to try when in Struisbaai.I havent yet had the opportunity to try more on the menu but I definitely plan to.Friendly staff, and really positive energy all round.Besides the very diverse menu, they also offer an outdoor experience for kids. So this place is perfect for families. Including Putt-Putt and trampolines.Some people would say it needs a tidy up but remember. Its supposed to feel like youre home.Authentic, and very Pleasent.I highly recommend it for anyone travelling through or staying in Struisbaai, Western Cape.CHEF. 🌟

Food is very good. As they clearly state that they are not a restaurant I will not complain eating out of the box. I also should not expect to sit comfortably. However, since I think part of the business income is people who go there to sit and eat, and not only to play games and get food on the side, a few more comfortable tables and chairs would be nice. Bringing our own wine is not a problem, and glass glasses were provided when asked. thank you.

So Ive driven past Gavins Pizza for about two years now and have never stopped and tried their pizza, until this afternoon. The question I asked myself tonight is why have you not stopped here before? I tried their pasta and pizza combo special, any one pasta and pizza for R160. I ordered an Al Freda and asked for any other pizza (chefs recommendation) and was sold the Chantelle. Wow did I enjoy my meal. Gavin is very hands on very much involved in the running of his business, the locals who popped in were greeted by name an indication that he really knows his customers. Next time Im in Struisbaai on a Wednesday Ill definitely try the the Pork Rib special - 1kg of pork ribs with potatoe wedges and veg and salad garnish for R190.I just love some of the tables, very unique.Gavins does not have a liquor license, you are welcome to take your own wine, no corkage is payable.

When you are all fished out in Struisbaai, this rustic gem of a place has good pizzas 🍕 & milk shakes. Don’t judge by the exterior, cosy & rustic with friendly staff.
