The people here dont even bother to check when fees has been paid and clear a students account thereafter. However, they are so quick to flood you with emails on how you owe university fees. I once sent 6 emails waiting for a response only to find out they never bothered to look until I complained at the office in person. Worst service ever! And they do this regularly
