Great place to live. What I appreciate the most is the good security, we have never felt unsafe even when we got home late at night.

THIS IS NOT A STUDENT COMPLEX. IF YOU WANT TO ACT LIKE AN ANIMAL, LIVE IN A RES!!!!The complex rules have recently been updated and reaffirmed. So if you move in here, just be aware that the rules are actually enforced properly. Thank heavens. Now the vibe in here should be less animalish, and more civil and enjoyable.
