Stayed in TudorHouse (6 Soeteweide Road) which is located two houses up from Poolhouse. It is also run by Henry and Lientjie Wickens. I had an enjoyable year as a lessee with no issues or problems whatsoever. Over my time at the university Henry was definitely the best landlord I dealt with and as a digs we were all very impressed with the way everything was managed. If youre looking for affordable, safe, comfortable and central accommodation in Stellenbosch as a student I would seriously recommend contacting either Henry or Lientjie.
