I have only good things to say about ABC so far. The control room is always available, always very helpful, and always supportive. The armed response patrol teams are also stellar! They arrive very quickly and dont take any kak from drunk students. Special shout out to Leslie and Johan from armed response. It is is always good to see your helpful faces when there are issues with students. I hope never to have to see you again, but alas, the students.

I use ABC for monitoring my alarm and armed response. I recently found a wireless beam on my Paradox Security system was faulty and requested my armed response company, ABC Security to attend to the issue. A technician was send promptly, identified the problem and replaced the beam. Technical services and alarm monitoring both outstanding.

Excellent service and very fast response! Had an incident where we assisted 2 girls that were robbed in Stellenbosch. ABC arrived within 2 minutes after I phoned. The perpetrator was caught within minutes. The Stellenbosch local police, which I phoned before ABC, never arrived before we left...
