Wow, where to begin? I contacted Nikki on short notice to photography our engagement when our original photographer cancelled. Not only did Nikki save the day, she was able to capture an incredibly special day with beautiful photos that my fiancé and I we will treasure forever! Nikki was our wedding photographer in Franschhoek, South Africa. We saw her pictures online and immediately found in her what we were looking for: We loved her pictures because of their authenticity and natural style set in scene with beautiful lighting. Nikki captured my surprise wedding proposal to my girlfriend in Cape Town recently. Nikki did a family photoshoot for my Grandmothers 90th birthday in Stellenbosch this past August and we absolutely loved both her and her work. She was easy to work with, making us all feel really comfortable and at ease during the shoot. She is incredibly responsive over text and email and provided our photos even earlier than we expected. I am now based in the States and since no longer living in the area, I wasnt really able to scout out our location and Nikki was just so patient with me, gave really great suggestions that would work well for our family, even went out of her way and checked a venue for us to make sure it would work with my Grandmothers mobility. She truly is a kind, genuine and thoughtful person and that comes shining through both in her personality and, particularly, in her work. My husband and I got married in November and just had a terrible experience with our photographer, on several different levels, but mostly it left us wanting to use this family gathering as an excuse to re-attempt to get quality family photos, as who knows when we all would be together again, living on different continents, and due to my previous experience I kept myself from getting overly excited but wow did Nikki deliver! When I compare the photos we just took less than a year ago to Nikkis work, you can see she has a true passion and is a true professional. From beginning to end, we couldn’t have had a better experience nor have we ever seen a better set of family photos. I couldn’t recommend Nikki more!
