Awesome place and amazing food! My partner and I ordered 1 meal to share and we could barely put a dent in it so expect big portions with big prices of course. So definitely worth it. The aura of the restaurant also adds to its beauty with the traditional Lebanese music and the woodfire oven behind you. Great place with great food.

As a group we enjoy the Stellies area on the weekend. The first time we came to Manoushe we had a great time and the reception was outstanding by the waitress.(whom I never seen again). We’ve been here 3 times since but after that we’ve been received in an unwelcoming and awkward manner including the way the waitress addresses us. I’m not sure why but today we walked out and will never go back.

Extremely unwelcoming and hostile. You appear to be profiled on arrival and that would determine the quality of service you receive. Definitely not returning, ever again.

Great place to eat!! The sandwiches (they are more like burritos) are amazing. If you like middle eastern food, you have to try it.They go really well with red wine.We had the bacon and halloumi and beef with tomato, cheese and onion; they were amazing!!The staff is super friendly.We highly recommend them!!

This was a fantastic experience. Waitress was friendly and knew the menu well. The portions were big and full of flavour. It was a culinary experience to remember.

The way the chef speaks to his staff is extremely disgusting. It was honestly a waste of my money, good food and time. I addressed the chef nicely and was told I dont know how the kitchen works. Manoushe will definitely not see me again.

Really nice place this. Its placed right in town and me and a friend sat outside so it had that buzzing bustling atmosphere of a Saturday night in stellenbosch so a proper vibe. I had some really good lamb kebabs and I look forward to eat here again. I recommend!

The place has a nice vibe but the food is Hella bland... I ordered a plain mint pipe and had to wait over 30mins for it as they had to go buy flavour... Then the pipe came and it tasted more like double apple, I asked the waiter and he said its mint but Im not stupid, I smoke hookah on the regular... Food is way over priced for its portions and actually nasty, like I couldnt even finish half my meal, I felt sick after eating and so did my friend... Made sure to pay the bill and leave and go to a different restaurant

Awesome & Tangy Lebanese Cheese , tomato & onion salad with flat bread. Very attentive servers with well priced drinks. IF CHEESE is your thing , pitch up.

We were a table of 10 people...I feel that the waitress judged our table and delivered substandard service. We waited long periods of time for drinks, the restaurant was out of many of the beers that were requested. The Meze platter was flavorless and not worth the price in my opinion. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Been here a few times and everytime we come here its like the waiters are on a minute to win it episode with their service... Always rushing the service but take 40 minutes to bring your drinks and food..?? I understand restaurants are busy but manage your capacity then. Also dont upsell a platter that consists of bread and dips...!!! Asked for the heater to be re turned on and was told someone would come to assist.... when we brought it to the attention of the staff that we were still waiting... they tell us that all we should do is ask ummm we did 30 minutes ago! Poor service with an attitude.

One of the best Lebanese places I’ve ever been too! Came here three times in the span of two days visiting Stellenbosch. On the last day we invited a group of 12 people to experience this amazing restaurant. I highly highly recommend their hummus, absolutely delicious. Their most flavorful and large portion of the Man’oushe is the Jean’s Heart which was really really good with chicken, bacon, spinach, tomatoes, a white sauce and more. Highly recommend and definitely plan on coming back when I’m in the town again!!

Definitely a place to visit. The Moroccan feelings is exceptional, especially in a town known for its wine.The Chicken Jean is definitely a must. It isbserved with fresh tomoto and rocket. They also specialize in lamb and can alter your order a little to your liking.Id say, if you are a student, you can probably take your parentals to this place. Its not too expensive and you are sure to get bang for your buck.This is also a good place to finish off your evening with a lindt coffee or red cappuccino!

Fantastic vibe with great Lebanese food. Very popular place with occasional live music. I love the traditional chicken dish the most but there is a lot to choose from. The mornings have special breakfasts and the cappuccino is very good here!Even though it is a late night place you get the beast deal in town for breakfast!If I could use this saying: it so cheap it must have fallen off the back of a truck 😉. And it taste like mamma made it!If youre a backgammon fan then you can use one of those authentic boards to play while you sip on their deliciously aromatic cappuccinos watching the world going past you SKI-ing (Spending Kids Inheritance).

A lovely lively casual atmosphere with prompt friendly service.The menu is outstanding with a stocked bar and hookah pipes for those interested in a puff or two.The food options are truly exquisite: innovative, tasty and filling - from traditional style Lebanese sandwiches (think more like a wrap smothered in delicious sauce) to salads and starters, all with a unique Lebanese twist.The breads are all made right there and are really delicious.Manoushe is seriously worth a visit for breakfast or lunch. 10/10

The food was amazing. Portion sizes were huge. I tried a manoushe which was great and my wife had the lamb kebab and I had order envy of note. The lamb was delicious. Ifi were to be nitpicky, I would say that the plates and portions are big so the tables are a bit on the small side especially with drinks as well(we were 4 at our table), but this is a good problem to have. Also the ambiance was great, which the Mediterranean music added to. If you can and its a nice evening I highly recommend sitting outside

What a find. The perfect situ for a Sunday lunch with a visitor from out of town. The food was great. The staff were friendly and most accommodating. It was a lovely shared experience from the meze platter for two and rounded off with the Lindt coffee. Yum!

The food is decent but I definitely won’t come back. The owner is rude and disrespectful to his employees, yelling at the cleaning lady next to all the guests. The service was average, the food was pricey compared to all the restaurants in the area and took 45min to arrive. 45 min for a falafel?!

Terrible service. Would not recommend. Sat for 45 min, 2 waiters later and not a drink in sight. Arrogant attitude. Many more restaurants to support during this time of COVID. Waitresses are terrible.

We enjoyed the Zaatar manoushe, but overall, we were not too impressed with this restuarant.The food took a long time to arrive, the wine was warm and scarce, over-priced and the hygiene was off-putting. The waiters were not wearing masks or practicing social distancing protocol, and our waitress was actually reaching into our plate of food to collect skewers WHILE WE WERE EATING. Disgusting and not hygienic if you ask me.Would not recommend.
