The staff are always friendly and courteous and they have a good range of products for the size of the store. Unfortunately they always seem to be understaffed both at the pharmacy & the tills, so service is always very slow, albeit friendly.

I really like the staff. So to clicks thanks, I have never had an issue.With regards to been a vaccine site. Well not well organized, not very informative and actually contradictory information. I was there Tuesday afternoon to find out about the vaccine. I was given assurance that the walking on Thursday and Friday all will be assisted as long as you in the queue early. Well I was back on Wednesday to make sure as Im taking off time from work. No sir all is A okay. I was there before 8am and was 4th in the queue. At 09h00 I was told to leave. The reason been they not not sure whats the best system and they trying different things that may work. That is exactly the answer given. 🤔 so I just want to say my time waiting and going in store twice was total waste.However I managed to get vaccinated at Lenteguer psychiatric hospital which was an absolute pleasure. They do around 200 people every hour. .Clicks I still.support the store, but if you running a vaccine site please make sure all the stores are on the same page. People dont need the extra stress.

The head pharmacist a short women with dark hair needs a lesson in customer relations and not to discriminate against others .

I had a serious problem with a script that had not been loaded properly (a similar thing happened to me at this pharmacy in 2019), but the pharmacist, Nicolette, was so kind and caring that she managed to sort out a very difficult situation very quickly and efficiently.She called me later that day as well, which is almost unheard of - a company staff member making good on their word to call back. And gave me her email address, in case there is a problem.Nicolette should be the image of Clicks. Well done!!

Staff informed us on Friday that they will accept walk in and asked us to return later. Turned up on Monday, and they no longer accept walk in vaccination appointments.

I get all my medi express prescriptions here. They are very efficient and get prescriptions on time.
