One of my favourite wine farms! Thank you to the wonderful Casey who was a knowledgeable wine steward and a joy to be around. Made my son and myself feel so welcome. The wines are absolutely amazing. Will keep on coming back to this gem.

A hidden gem. Wonderful warm pool for kids to swim in. Theres a jumping castle and play area. Its perfect for the whole family. The menu is boring though.

Had a lovely lunch for my daughters 11th birthday. Excellent food. And staff very accommodating.

We stayed at the Knorhoek Guest House in september 2019.It was the perfect ending of a very interesting journey on the Garden Route. It was a secure and beautiful place, nearby several wine houses (one on the property, but it wasnt open so much). There were different peacocks on the land, all very beautiful, right outside your balcony. The room was superb, very cottage feel, nice welcome letter, big bathroom (with bath). On our arriving, we were welcomed by Liesel, in Zuid-Afrikaans, because she noticed we were from Belgium. She made our stay so special. Shes an allrounder (cook, receptionist, putting everything ready, telefonist, taking care of the whole thing) in the guest house and makes sure everyone has the best time in Knorhoek. She made sure we had a nice dinner and a wonderful breakfast. A guide was taken care of, because of her! The Knorhoek Guest House wouldnt be the same without her.We had a wonderful stay and our still very thankful to have had such a nice ending of our great trip in South Africa, our first time so far!

Knorhoek Guesthouse is just fantastic – and the people who run it make it even more special.My husband and I organized our extremely short notice wedding with Madre, and she made what is normally a stressful experience – easy and a total pleasure. Every time we had a question or worry Madre was very quick to respond and always had quick solutions for any problem.Liesel was there throughout the big day and was just fantastic – great sense of humour, beyond helpful and really made the experience lovely.Every single guest was blown away by the beautiful rooms, but also the homey touches added. The rooms are gorgeous, impeccably clean and I know everyone wished we were staying longer.We believe whole-heartedly that the warmth of the people there, coupled with the beautiful setting made our wedding truly special. Thank you, Madre & Liesel, for making our day as easy and stress free as any bride and groom could hope for. We highly recommend this place for anyone who wishes to have a relaxed and special event or just a wonderful weekend at a beautiful place

Nice setting and that is about all that is nice about this place. Poor quality wines and lack of staff training leads to odd bins of wine. Never know what wine you are getting which is disappointing

What a beautiful venue. The food was out of this world delicious. Stunning weather as well. All added up to a lovely wedding. The staff are well trained and extremely polite and they work really hard. Well mannered friendly staff. Wonderful place.

Five stars well deserved!! I just had my 50th Birthday celebration at Towerbosch, Knorhoek. It was excellent, everything we wanted and more. Cheslin, the manager is superb and very accommodating. The staff is very helpful and extremely friendly. The food was fabulous and genuine honest flavorful food. The setting is stunning. Everybody loved it!

Knorhoek is a wonderful venue for a wedding. The food, flowers, arrangements our overnight stay, absolutely everything was excellent.

Badly managed, poor communications, lack of attention to detail.Wine tasting cellar has limited cold storage for white, sparkling and rose wines. A tiny 24 bottle fridge. You are a vineyard!!!Your restaurant, guest house and wine tasking centre managers do not talk to each other and as a result the staff look stupid in front of customers when simple requests made months in advance are not passed on.In our room at the guesthouse the taps leaked - not on in The Cape at the moment, one tap actually fell off, the bedside lights did not work and the door onto the balcony was so warped we could not open it. At breakfast, the guesthouse ran out of bread and marmalade only an hour into the serving time. The manager did nothing and just stood there behind the reception counter as if nothing was wrong. The staff were embarrassed - they were trying their best. Totally unacceptable but for R1,200 per night - they are having a laugh!! They arent now.

Beautiful farm with gorgeous views. Loved spending time here.Very reasonably priced wines that are easy-drinking. Youll definitely want to take a few bottles home with you. We recommend the Knorhoek Merlot, Knorhoek Shiraz, Knorhoek Chenin and the Two Cubs Chenin.We went there specifically for the fudge and wine pairing. We were not disappointed. Winifred is a lovely hostess - knowledgeable and easy to chat to.Syrah the dog is an adorable mascot. She greets you and then lies down in the sun to relax. Easy going and gentle-natured dog.A must-visit estate.

Idyllic and quiet place, perfectly located for excursions and also great for relaxing. Quiet garden pool and very tasty wine! The dinner was excellent and very delicious. Breakfast buffet was perfect. The service was very friendly. Security is very important, we were able to relax very well. Gladly again!

Very beautiful vineyard, with affiliated gastronomy, excellent cuisine, the lamb shank is highly recommended, very nice terrace overgrown with vines, you can sit nicely in the shade and dine. And enjoy very good wines from their own vineyardsIn good weather and clear views can look to Cape Town, or see the Table Mountain.

Very friendly staff, dinner was great, chsrmantes ambience and beautiful location in the vineyards. Breakfast with homemade bread but relatively little choice. A star deduction, because a few renovations would do well and in the shower were still strange hair
