Ask the lady what meals u have for 1 person and if there is any specials I was told its on the board , when I got my burger the filled was so small it looked like a streetwise burger what the f kfc

Always friendly service with good food

Service on sundays is absolutely shocking. Yes its a Sunday but thats no excuse for rubbish service long waiting times and below average food. Wouldnt waste your Sunday at this place.

2 customers came after me. 1 guy ordered for him and THREE others, got his food eons before mine another guy ordered for him and his family, he too got his food before mine. All I order was a simple zinger burger meal. Not 1 apology. Gotta love the standard service of 1 of the biggest fast food chains in the WORLD! Nice keep it up...or down, doesnt seem to matter anyway.

When asked to fill out a performance survey regarding the staff, the staff member asked if she could help. I agreed but fell silent in shock when she proceeded to take my phone from me and fill in the survey with out consulting me. When I asked for my phone back she continued until she clicked next and ensured I couldnt edit the response. On top of that, I have awful food poisoning and feel my long love for KFC has been ruined by this single outlet. Sad times.

Doesnt deserve this 2 stars, actually worth a 4 star at least. Service was friendly, food great/fresh.Tell me: why does cashiers feel like the spice comes out of their paycheck. I eat my fair share of KFC, every time I order chips (more that one) I have to ask for extra spice/tamato sauce.And everytime - Today, I wanted sprinkle pops.Ended up eating dry pops for R30. Check yourself cashiers. Not my job.

Ordered chicken. Cashier not saying chicken will be ready in 20 mnts. They just assume you have time. I demanded a refund coz I ddnt have time to waste

Cosy environment with indoor n outdoor seating . suggested for quick take out or dine in experience with music and friendly service .

Overall displeased with this KFC. Often dont have items in stock (wings, cooldrink, bread, ice cream etc) and many times the food was way too oily and soggy. I never go here anymore, I go to the other KFC thats at the bottom of Dorp Street. Queues are very long and the order that they make the food seems incredibly random. Really not recommended
