An incredible safe place to learn and grow your practice under expert guidance. I have been to so many studios across SA and Europe and this remains my favourite by far - you are very likely to be most at home here, belong and be driven to develop. Brilliant teachers, wonderful facilities and very accessible. 10 stars.

Little Studio, is exactly what I was looking for. Its wonderful, offering everything I needed. Ive been to many studios before. This one is really special, the atmosphere is very welcoming and the instructors are on top of their game. Id highly recommend it!

This is a real gem. Nestled under the oak trees, this quaint studio offers some really great pilates classes. Grab a place on the mat whilst you can...whilst there still is availability.

Fran is an excellent Yoga, Pilates and body awareness facilatator. I love learning from her as its always so beneficial! The studio is little enough to cater for small group sessions keeping the attention on all clients throughout a session. The location is central nd convenient. Go for a session! Youll love it!
