Best Bike shop I have come across, in a long time. Run by a bunch of legends that are always willing to help and go the extra mile. I live pretty far from the bike shop but happy to take the drive as I dont trust anyone else with my bike.

This is not your average local bike shop. Hellsend staff like Frankie make you feel like a cycling buddy more than customer (even when youre a bit grumpy)!They helped me in record time when I needed to get sorted for a big race at short notice.They also have excellent systems for keeping up informed of progress with your bike service.

After purchasing a trek Madone from another retailer and having nothing but endless installation issues! Dewald offered to help! Great guy was on it immediately and offered to contact trek. Re did all the internal cables! Thanks a million. Sorry had to give 4 stars only cause ur guys didn’t check the bike and the back derailleur cable was not set right only letting the gears travel half way up the cassette. Managed to just set it myself. I mean my bike has been in for repairs more then I have owned it.Again thanks BMT look forward to bringing my bike back to you!Tim Beukman

Excellent service. I came in on a Saturday, half an hour before closing time with two flat tires , they were very friendly and assisted me immediately. Very beautiful, high quality shop, will be back! They went out of their way, highly recommended - thanks guys!

Quick and Friendly Service.... Frontline staff could be a bit more engaging though... The work shop staff always do a great job on my bikes ( TREK of Course!)1 NOV.. 2019.. WALKED in.. Mechanics riding W2W.. Julian at front desk still took the bike in and proceeded to fix my bike himself. Great service.. Thanks

These guys are probably good for an inner tube change but dont bring your bike here if you have anything major or safety-related to fix.Been here on four occasions now. The first was for an inner tube replacement for my father-in-laws bike, which was perfect.The second, not so much. That bike started slipping gears so I took it to these guys. They fixed the gear problem with no issues, but as I was heading home on the bike I discovered that the rear brake had been loosened to the point of uselessness - which was pretty scary to find out.Took the bike back, pointed out the problem with the (previously pristine) rear brake. They took the bike in and when I went to get it back, itd be tightened. Within a day the brake had started to slip again. Now when braking the rear brake is useless AND emits a high-pitched scream when Im trying (and failing) to stop.Brought the bike back one final time and the guy at the desk made a big deal about how theyd done me a kindness by taking the bike in for free the first time (to fix a problem theyd caused). Im done. Maybe some other shop will fix my bike in such a way that its roadworthy when its done.

A good bike repair experience today.. And fast.

Bicycle wise, no qualms, just concerned as to why the driver of their van has to speed through helshoogte and tailgate on the way down. Unfortunately Ive now seen this more than once.

Poor service delivery, just needed the wheel fixed and they took 4 days when I was told it would take 1. I was charged a lot for it too. I do not recommend this shop to anyone.
