WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !THE STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.I myself is a Manager and if I should have staff like this I will be ashamed , I shop here every day and this is because I have to not because I want to ,if I had a choice I wouldnt.The cashiers are Rude and on their phones , they speak in their own language while assisting a paying customer dont listen to one what one asks for or say .I just got the instruction swipe your card this would now be the extra savings card ..Please get your act together Management.

Seems to be a common practice for staff who handle food, not to wear a mask or gloves. I also work in the food industry and understand how difficult it is to wear a mask for a 15 hour shift. However it is necessary to keep my customers and my staff healthy. The people in this store dont even make an attempt.

Well, to be honest, I never expect too much from a Checkers - and with low expectations, I was impressed. Just dont raise them too high.Most of the fruit are generally about to expire or overripe. Most of the veg, if not refrigerated, is already very ripe or rotten. Although, thats nothing new to this chain.In general, its a good shopping experience, youll find pretty much anything you need here. The quality and the longevity of everything is a different situation though.Must say, if you are in a rush and want to shop under 20min, I wont recommend this Checkers, because parking is a mission - but if you have the time, then its fine.

This is a really bad checkers to shop in. There is always staff packing things on shelves obstructing movements. Only three till will be open and you will wait on the line for at least 30 minutes just to buy one item. Generally this shop is chaotic and disorganised.

Slow service and always a queue due to a shortage of open tills. The employees stand around chatting with each other instead of helping to create an efficient and pleasant experience.

Bad service cashier on her phone. Supervisor watching doing nothing. Not the first time Ive had such service at this checkers. They seek to help you according to the colour of your skin, I was told to go to another till and then they helped the white guy behind me.

Amazing selection of things.

Shocked at the level of service I get here. Cashiers are RUDE and slow. cash back is ALWAYS an issue. Managers refuse to come speak to me.

Good variety at reasonable prices. The tills are a little on the slow side, but not notably so.

Staff is always helpful, although tills could be more efficient. Shop is clean, decent variety, nice specials from time to time.

Horrible service. Slowest queues and horrible staff. I waited at the butchery and bakery for ages. If it wasnt absolutely necessary I would have left. I always avoid this Checkers because Ive never had a decent experience here. Please look at getting friendlier and more responsive staff members.

Can get some cheap and really good stuff here. Cashier was too slow though, taking long time to check out.

Very disappointed, I registered for a student special which was meant to run for the entire day, the special was still not working at 11am. When I inquired - the staff were super unfriendly, ill-informed and just not helpful about it. However, the shop is clean and had everything I needed. I do hope they managed to get the special problem sorted out shortly after I left.

They always have long lines

Has some decent specials... Sometimes, but thats really the only thing Id go there for. The queues are almost always long, but mostly due to the fact that the cashiers are so slow.Sometimes they dont have a great vegetable selection, but otherwise its okay. Its really the queues that let it down the most.It literally is reminiscent of Home Affairs due to the staff apathy.

Clean and well managed aisles. Feels like a more upmarket checkers than most.

Its a normal Checkers. Dont expect much. Used to them not having stock of certain items.

NO! customer service, the people behind the counters are obnoxious and unhelpful and the managers are missing, I walked into the managers office and stood around there looking at the computers and bags of fudge on the table and nobody was there to help the customer.
