No Stars Yvonne Marias - our bank card expired received new card after an hours wait and now non of my cards work. I emailed her 8:46, 9:16, 12:42 & 12:43 and 13:03. That is why you cant phone the banks anymore!!!

I went to the bank during my lunch and the service was so quick. In five minutes I was assisted and after 30minutes I was done. The lovely Whitney-Lee helped me. I really am so pleased I had to write a review. 40 Min maximum that i spent there. Keep it up!

Not a good experience. Cleaning lady literally stands next to you, waiting for you so she can mop. Not very professional. Also when they mop in front of the atms the block them off and make you wait in a line until the floor dries and then allow you to use the atm once they are done.

Rude and unhelpful staff. Signed me up to an account I cant afford although I said I wanted the most basic account. Went in to downgrade the account and the teller was incredibly rude. Went to the branch manager and was met with the same pathetic attitude. Absolutely deplorable!

The service is extremely bad, I bank here once a week and it is a bad experience every single time. The tellers are slow - they have 3 teller stations but is never occupied by 3 tellers, I have only seen 2 at a time. So many people waiting there is not close to enough seeting so expect to stand for 30 minutes. The branch manager is pathetic, there are 20-30 frustrated & unhappy clients standing around and he does not even try and explain what the wait is. Even when people ask him what’s going on he just says we are busy, sorry. Under staffed the people are running around. Nothing is working here, either there is a management problem or FNB simply does not mind keeping their clients waiting. I will wait but you’d expect someone to at least explain what is going on.

Assistance in the bank is amazing but can someone please sort out the fly problem at your ATMs!!!!!! Really disgusting!!!

My ticket number says 5 minutes waiting time. I waited 38. I guess thats 5 minutes Africa time.
