I like the open plan layout of this shop with wide isles. They have a large variety of goods, anything from fitness gear to jewellery. Decorland where you can order blinds is also in the shop. Their prices are reasonable and their staff was friendly. Ill visit them again.

Bizarre, disjunctional, rude. 5 people standing around a cashier doing nothing. Zero customer friendly. No knowledge at all regarding products. Probably have never been to a shop with staff that unprofessional and incompetent. AVOID

Staff frequently missing, poorly stocked. Frequently out of stock on items and prices on shelves very rarely available. It then takes forever to figure out something as simple as how much does this cost due to no scanner being available in store. Just poor service in general.However, prices are very good and nice specials as well, hence not 1 star, but 2

Very large open plan thats great for seeing what goes on in what isle without having to go to each isle to check it out. Theyve got great products most of the time, since their more of an everything store they dont have a wide variety of every item there, but its still good nonetheless. The only problem I have is that there isnt an express till for ten items or less so sometimes youd either have to wait it out, or if youre lucky, one of the clerks will be nice enough to let you check out with your one/two items

Its good, it has an easy layout, easy to find what your looking for. A bit hard on the eyes in terms of colours because the colours are so bright with the reflections of the lights make it brighter, but its manageable. Definitely a place worth checking out to get your goods from.

Poor show, no trolleys yesterday, eventually found one, this is what it looked like, beyond dirty, abandoned the trolley and intended shopping, picked up a few small necessities and left in a hurry.

The staff are very friendly and the layout of the shop is good, even being the day before Christmas there was coefficient space to walk with a trolley. Had to return a product and without any hassle was help and given a refund. Great job.

Went to Game Stellenbosch to purchase an air condition unit. The appliance department was a complete mess.Waited for 20 min for one particular sales person as he was supposedly the only one to assist. Once assisted it was said that they don’t have the particular unit in stock. Only when I referred to the website, which stated that Stellenbosch had stock, then only was I told they had the unit available but the sales guy was not helpful or informative at all. I had to ask him give me more info and still he couldn’t or wouldn’t. Very disappoint. I’m hoping the unit is all intact and that it works as the outside unit box has been opened.

They allow a certain number of people in the shop due to covid sanitise you as you enter remind you on a intercom about social distancing and have good customer service and friendly cashiers

This vacuum was shown as 50% off and was assured it was a great deal. When I checked online I saw that the stronger version (1200w instead of the 600w) was actually usually sold at this discounted price. I asked an assistant and he said that this was probably the old version and laughed. So this was double the price while saying 50% discount. Ridiculous. What a ripoff

Its clean, they have pretty reasonable prices and its a good place to find things like containers, even bicycles or skateboards, or even furniture. Their staff can be a bit mean and ignore you at times, but honestly, all in all its a good place to get things.

Products have extremely low quality. Poor customer service and nobody knows what theyre doing, even when asking a simple question you cant get an answer even after asking numerous people. People selling the electronics arent truthful about refund policies and when trying to receive a refund you end up not getting one. Delivery was not on time with no excuse as to why it was days late.

Second game I visited to buy my son a bicycle for his fifth birthday. The assistant in the bike section knew nothing about bikes or their stock, so I resorted to Google to help choose the right bike. The only stock was pre-opened boxes, so i requested they check that all parts were there. This took ages, so I asked that they have it ready at the till while I continued shopping. 10 minutes later when I returned to the till and confirmed that all parts are there I was casually informed that just the seat was different. They were selling me a Totem bike with a Raleigh seat. When I asked for the correct seat they tried to convince me that the bike/seat combo wouldnt be a problem.... I was flabbergasted, and left empty handed. (Over an hour since I arrived and no bike!)

My sons bought a neclneck at the jewelery counter Game Stellenbosch,where we were told to pay at one of the other till points, after standing in a long queue we paid and went back for the necklace,it was neatly packaged and in a nice bag,this Christmas morning they took it out to give it to their mother.....only to find a cheap blue boys watch....very disappointed,How will Game Stellenbosch fix this I wonder

The customer service in Game Ekerstad Mall is pathetic, First, they sell us an incomplete Defy microwave and after many back and forth, we finally took our own initiative and went to a different store and purchased a better microwave. We also purchased a Defy washing machine and after 1 month the machine is giving us problems. The consultant at Game (Not sure about her name) She is the manager in the appliance department told me that a technician will come to check it out but that was last week. Now we are calling again and they say that we must bring our slip into the store ..WHY????? We need to do our laundry and we do not have time for this. Please come and fetch the junk that you sold to me. This is supposed to be a brand new out of the box machine, so if it is giving issues now then I DO NOT WANT THIS MACHINE!!!!! I WANT A NEW AND DIFFERENT BRAND

My Company in Technopark bought a fridge and microwave ( and all other kitchenware) to be delivered on the 3 May 2016. On the 3 May i phoned at 16:00 to ask where our deliver was, they told me the drivers are running late and it will be delivered the next morning. So today 4 May past 4 in the afternoon and countless phone calls later, still our stuff has not been delivered. I have spoken to how many people in the department with different excuses. This is very poor service and i am on the verge of stopping the order and asking our money back.Can someone please explain to me why the lack in service????

Staff are nowhere to be found and when you find them they do not know anything. Out of stock most of the time. I saw 4 prices that needed to be updated to correspond with the website but no one in that shop seems to be doing anything except the guy operating the sound systems. It’s always too loud but that is probably to avoid any customer asking for assistance.

Overall not a great Game. And on top of it... The trolleys are so dirty, its disgusting, I dont even want to touch it or put my child or shopping inside. And sanitizer wipes for trolleys usually not available. Its like nobody manages it or cares.

Good prices, specials and products, just always runs out of the most demanded products such as jacobs coffee when on special the first day (bad management forecasting / bait marketing) either way it sucksthe staff are usually ill informed of the proper prices and special procedures leading to having to ask for a refund when looking at your till slipif its not understaffed tills, its just a headache when specials are running
