Great store to shop for general household stuff. But very bad service from the shop assistants. The shop was empty and I waited 10minutes just to get assistance from the tellers. The ladies were just there busy chatting to each other and not willing to help. This has happed to me a few times am starting to think its how they operate. Bad bad service.

They switchboard is Afrikaans, and they have a bad tendency of hanging up on customers while they still on a call, the service can be improved and to accommodate all customers English would be best

Great place for finding not only farming related things, but from home improvement to pet foods. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The items are priced well, and many times more affordable than other places.

Sometimes difficult to find assistance, but when you do they are really friendly, helpful, and often go above and beyond requirements or expectations.

They sell a great variety of goods- from garden tools to clothing, animal food, plants, flowers etc. Also high quality camping gear. Their coffee shop sells tasty light meals and homemade goods like cookies and jam. Their chicken pies are the best in town. Friendly, helpful staff.

Almost everything I buy here, breaks within the first month. Im sick and tired of returning things. Weedeater = of CHEAP quality, can barely use it, outdoor wooden broom, broke. Gadget to blow on fire = broke, gass- blowing lighter = broke. Also the top part of the store reaches unbearable temperatures, if this was my store, I would change the name to China Agri. Overpriced CHEAP quality products.

Usually has what I go there for and the staff (when you can find one who isnt busy as there are so few of them) are super helpful

Great range of products ranging from car and home care and DIY to daily consumables. Great selection of work and casual gear. Out door section caters for camping, hunting and fishing. Well priced store that caters for more then just the farmer/landscaper and builder.

While I really like this store as it carries a wide range of supplies, I have never, in my 50 years experienced such rudeness from a store assistant. I was shouted at and told to learn to read when I asked for a price- by an employee who may or may not have been drunk, but nonetheless left me shaking and stunned at his condescending, patriarchal and aggressive behaviour. Truly horrified and disgusted!

Handy and convenient. Everything you need in one place. My last visit was disappointing. Products were either unlabeled or incorrectly labeled, which caused a 15 minute delay at the till.

Probably the widest selection of fuel, food, hardware, tools, bolts, nuts, bibs and bobs in the area.Yep, anything from biltong to septic tanks.Their prices are also hard to beat, but if you need help in a hurry, rather just ask a manager to assist first time around.Kaap Agri Stellenbosch is an excellent place for a quick stop especially as it is positioned just outside the clogged Stellenbosch CBD.
