The receptionist very rude my son was in alot of pain before we went in to see doctor see said Medical aid number was not going through she basically kicked as out as the wanted to sanitizer the rooms whiles on our way out she closed the door on my sons fingers
Very rude receptionist, wasted my time and I was in pain. He is the Discovery network GP but she lied about my medical aid not working which I had used 30 minutes earlier.
Turned sick and pregnant patient away because shes using a lower medical aid option yet he is the registered and authorised GP. Closing hours indicated to be 17h00 but turned a patient away, despite his surgery being empty at 16h17. Very rude staff...really not happy with your service.
