Extremely disappointed. Arrived at 11:15 my appointment for a soak off and reapplication of gelish, had to wait 20 minutes before I was attended to. Had to change my treatment to soak off only because of time. After only having a soak off I left an hour and 10 minutes later being charged R105. Will never come back or recommend anyone to come here.

Customer care needs to improve. D lady that attended to me didnt see it necessary to explain pricing when I said I need to claim my birthday special. How she was doing my nails was lux as if to get finished quickly and done. Lacked professionalism. Finding my colour choice was seemingly a dreadful chore. Ultimately I has to settle to what was at hand😕😢 never again

I loved their hospitality!

I normally go to sorbet in carnival mall, but decided to change things uo and visit springs mall for gellish. The hospitality is great, but the gellish i got done was bulky and not as good as the sorbet in carnival mall.
