Palesa Shabangu poor service I received from that girl, to even insult me and say “voetsek” to my face. I didn’t know going for exchange there is now an insult to them, she started with this aggressiveness minute she was called to come assist me. I’m not happy at all and I’m still going to take further steps for this, sad part when I spoke to her manager she also didn’t take me serious and said something just to dismiss me but I will email and call the right people 😡😡😡😡 sies🚮
Staff are unfriendly, confused and unwilling to assist, very limited range of products. Staff requires training on customer service and product knowledge. Been there 4 times and wont be going there again
Absolutely and Utterly Disappointed with this Specific store. I have had my Game account for +/- 13 years. Before Lock Down I went Grocery shopping so its the first time I bought soo much!So went today to go buy food and a Dry Buddy. My Current balance is R10737.44, My available credit is R1862.56. Went through, scanned everything, the amount came to R2040.56. So the transaction was declined. I told the lady to just put R1800 through on the account and I would pay the rest in cash. I explained this to her a few times......But still she tried and tried and tried, after 5 declines she called her Manager.The Manager asked me to go with her as she was phoning Game. She spoke to head office and gave me the phone. She asked me all the security questions, I answered and asked her why cant I just pay in the amount that cannot go onto the account, her answer was. give the phone to the lady.The Manager told me to go back to the till and that the transaction will go through now...... Which I did........Declined, again I asked why cant I pay in the amount that cannot go onto the Game card. She did not understand me.I will never ever ever go to this game ever again. In fact I am going to pay up my account which I had for many many years and cancel it.
Service stinks. No one even bothered help me but rather listen to music and dance. Game in Springs mall will never see me again!!!!!!!
They are observing social distancing to the fullest though working with a fraction of the usual staff as expected of Covid 19 regulations. Stock taking wise some shelves are neglected they are not filled to capacity as per the usual norm. They still have reduced prices on some basic essentials
Ok so my mum did buy washing machine and a fridge from game so couple of days later the fridge broke we struggled to return the fridge as we collected it ourself as they said they did not do any deliveries because of covid_19 this was not the case so they did not want to refund my mums money unless she bought another one on the floor seems like the one on the floor was also broken when they wanted to deliver. now the fridge has been Returned and shes still struggling to get her money back. So now my mum has spent 20000 on a fridge because she had bought another one and still both of them has not yet been refunded
I have been buying most of my devices there and the service was great but this year their service was bad. I brought a laptop there and the touchpad had not being working within a month. Took back the laptop and waited for 21 days as their rules states, I called after the 21 days and I was told that everything is delayed due to lockdown. OK I understood we went to level 3 of the lockdown and work places started to open and yet I am getting excuses regarding the laptop. I am a student and my school work is being affected as I cant submit or write any exams because I have no laptop yet I paid for one !
Already in love with this new addition to the Game family. Very neat and very spacious shop conveniently located at the heart of the Springs Mall. Just like most Game stores, it is fully stocked with quality products at competitive prices. A good number of tills are available so the time spent in queues is greatly reduced. Game Springs Mall deserves 5 stars without a doubt
The store looks nice on the inside and the staff is very helpful. The opening sale had too many bargains and I managed to buy some stuff even though it was a mad house as I expected. I went back after the opening sale to buy some groceries and items when a bit expensive. Some of the stuff where still at okay prices on the electronics side.
I have made two purchases from this store on two separate occasions and both times have been a tormenting experience. The service is practically non existent. The manager has not been helpful on both occassions. I feel like my money is worth alot less then the next person.
Horrible service that is all i can say will never go to this game ever again and wont recommend anyone to go there

If been there twice. First the opening day and it was a mad house (to be expected, it is opening day) and I decided to go back later, I had things to do. Got there the second time on Saterday 27 April 2019 at 7:30 and they only open at 9, but nowhere in all there adds or websites they notify people of the traiding hours for the rest of the opening weekend just say on all the addsdoors open at 7. I feel its Bad advertising and think the 30 people that I past on my way in and out feel the same way. Ill be back at 9 want to get somethings they have on Special for the opening weekend.The shop looks nice from what Ive seen and Im glad a Game opened in Springs mall.
