Checkers stores nationwide are known for being so neat, tidy, very well organized and you will never find a broken trolley. This was no exception. It was my first time here so great first impression!

Great stuff. Like the way the isles are wider with a great variety of each item. The fruit section has a fantastic display of fresh produce and the same at the finished food section. Just love it.

The only good shopnaround apart from spar. They make fresh sushi there, its very clean amd very nice staff. There are public toilets downstairs to use for R2. I give a 4 star just because my phone got stolen there, i guess this is not checkers fault but this is my experience from there.

Its very filthy and the staff always fight kitchen is dirty. Please fix all those things. Please i beg you guys.

Just a hint, maybe they can connect with the guesthouses in Springbok and find out how many gursts they have and prepare cooked food for supper

I stood in the till for more than 30mins waiting on the store manager who needed to approve my cash send withdrawal. He came dragging is feet from somewhere outside the store, no sense of urgency at all after being called on the intercom without any response or anyone knowing he went.

For a small town on the N14...Springbok...it is a well stocked checkers and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Excellent as always. I found the Chipotle chilli spice I have been looking for, for quite a while now. I asked one of the staff members, I think he was part of management, just to see if he knows his shop and sure as hell, he found the precious Chipotle spice for me! I had to chuckle silently, that he found it. Cudos to him!

Spacious and comfortable shopping.Prices are very competitive and the staff fast and friendly.I get what I want every time when I visit Checkers.

Excellent, staff is friendly and engaging. Food from the restaurant is delicious and covid-19 protocols are followed. Wifi works perfect and there is a secure parking. Rooms are big with even bigger beds. Magnificent view of the access road from N7 and very beautiful mountains with exposed rocks.

The store is okay. However, there is no staff working at the express tills. So, I had 10 items or less, but I still had to fall into the long queues and wait for a long time before I could be helped at the till.

Extremely rude staff and very poor service. My mother and I stood at the bakery trying to order something but nobody helped us. They were all aware of our presence but clearly did not want to serve their clients and were talking to each other instead. We asked them to help us and they looked us in the eye and ignored us. Then we asked again and they raised their voices and said We are busy. (The women on Friday 16 November 2018 at the bakery section between 14:00 and 15:30). Next there were no prices on some of the items... The women at the till back chatted to us..... The rest of the staff very threatening and unpleasant. This was a very frustrating experience and we did not feel welcome. Well done Checkers, Springbok... You have lost two customers and our families included.

Large modern Checkers comparable to any large store in major city center.Store is well stocked and clean. Easy to find with under cover parking for vehicles with roof top tents making this our new favourite place to stock up on our way camping.
