Why cant yalls give jalapeño separately, i like it aside

The service is absolutely terrible! First of all, they have all of these dessert specials but it is NEVER in stock! If you dont order extra cheese, you also dont get the sauces that makes the pizza (ex. Club pizza uses Rave sause) there was nothing on my pizza.This is Debonairs...Steers also the same issues. Milkshakes never working, there is less than 1 teaspoon of sauce on their burgers. And this is ONLY Springbok, Northern Cape. If you have a franchise, the service needs to be the same nationwide!!!
