I have bought a pair of Crocs by way of the internet on 19 February 2015 and paid for it by credit card. Normally I love Crocs and wear it every day - great shoes! Unfortunately these shoes was too small for me and Ram couriers collected it from me the next day. I did not receive a refund yet. I usually wear no 11 Crocs, but these no 11s were too small. Will you please look into this matter Thank you, Hendrik Venter
