Beautiful place with a great vibe and very clean toilets. The service is terrible, you order a drink and get it after 30 minutes, you order food and get it after 2 hours and this is not because the place was packed, it was average and not crowded. The food arrived cold and it wasnt only mine, all 9 of my friends complained about the same thing. I asked the waiter helping us to warm up my food and he said I will only get it back after an hour; they dont have microwaves on site.I ordered 4 chicken wings with dombolo and chakalaka which costs R80, tastes very good but was very cold.

Amazing food

The service was absolutely disgusting. It took us about an hour to get our drinks and most likely another 2 hours to get our food. We had also requested a gas heater 3/4 times which never arrived at our table. We were even doubtful of spending more money in the fear that our orders would arrive in another hour. This really was a downer on my mood as I did not enjoy the experience at all.... The only positive thing I can take away from the experience was that the food was amazing, it was almost worth the 2 hour wait.

Food is nice,music is lit just that the service is poor most of the time so mostly I go there not so hungry so that I can be patient with them as the place is vibey.

Its quite a unique experience. If you are in Soweto, you should check it out. Youll be pleasantly surprised.

The atmosphere is very chilled, setting is great, service is top notch. Ordered take away and the preparation time was average. The food was ok ( Ledombolo was #1, sides were tasty, the lamb stew, beef braai and chicken could have done with more seasoning). There portions were a bit small.

The vibe at this place is amazing. The service is a bit lacking but I think its because it gets really full.The food tastes amazing, we had the chicken taglietelle and the 1/4 chicken - the food tastes great and the prices are affordable.Definitely a place to visit more often.

Yesterday we went too Moja Cafe, and it was not what we expected . I feel like Moja Cafe didnt not promote themselves well regarding new comers , we were not aware that VIP and general access were two different sections that had different music sets. The long lines were unnecessary. What Id like too know is Moja just about VIP? And why does general access have no smoking area? Why does general access only have one speaker thats not even mounted, just standing there in the middle of nowhere. Why is there no drinks menu? The service overall was great, but the aesthetic is a real catfish.SincerelyA patron that would like VIP and General access to not be segregated.

Very good spot for an afternoon/early evening chill. It’s in a decent area as well so the usual kasi nonsense isn’t much too worry about. The car wash nearby adds positively to the experience. A worry is that the selection of alcohol is borderline embarrassing as they only cater for the more expensive alcohol; still don’t believe they don’t sell Windhoek. Watch out for dodgy staff though, they focus more on those who buy expensive alcohol.

It is an awesome place but I was waiting in the que outside to be sitted for over an hour. I think it is because of Covid regulations however I suggest such be communicated with Customers.

Food is great but the service isnt as amazing as the ambience. Had to wait for long periods before being served by staff all because theyd rather focus on people buying expensive bottles in the VIP section

Segregated space, VIP and the none VIP thing is rediculous because the VIP is always crowded and the other space is just not taken care of even if you can afford to be on the VIP side, you would be less taken care of because your table is not on the VIP side.. Its not nice, the pressure they put on others to be like the rest is just draining.

The cocktail mixer can do better, and they really need to do something about the flies situation. The meat was mostly cold especially the steak, it had come out of the fridge.

Lovely place but systems need to be put in place. Service is poor as staff to patrons ratio is bad, there is only 1 bar with card Service, causing long queues and parking is an issue, especially if you want to wash the car while getting food and drinks. Place has potential, requires proper structure/management.
