I went to the Protea Glen ext 11 Clinic for the first time today 27th February for the family planning and what I got was nothing compared to BAD service from the nurses there, firstly I waited for 1,5hours to get help as they said the nurses are on lunch, secondly they didnt even access me as they should and recommend the kind of family planning that would best suit me, and instead the only question they asked me was am I on my periods and when I said yes they asked me to take off my underwear to prove to them that am on my periods without even greeting me , then asked me which pills am I going to used and I didnt know as they never even gave the options, they shouted at me because I didnt know and were very RUDE and HARSH, the one nurse kept pushing me around to get were she want me to be instead of telling me to go there or stand there she just pushes me , and they finally gave me the pills and said go home. very disappointed from the service that I got at Protea Glen ext11 Clinic, is this how they treat their patients because we dont pay directly from our pockets and TAX does???????????????
