I went to the offices around closing time for a claim.I did not just get assisted for the claim but more was done.I got financial advice,I got a chance to review my policies and benefits as I have more than one policy with them.I ended up spending around 45minutes inside.The service I got this Saturday was outstanding and I appreciate it.

No coutesy with I dont care attitude. Called the branch at 15h50 to check the status of my deceased relatives policy reinstatement. The lady took down my cellphone number and promised to call back in 10 minutes with the policy details.I waited till 16h30 no response.Icalled from 16h30 to 16h55 with no one picking up the phone.I am disappointed on how satellite offices operates.I suspect they went off duty at 16h00 while the closing time is 17h00 Corruption Corruption all the way.

The best but their toilets are meant for certain race not black people
