The wait to simply get assistance is a joke. The guys dont have stock so its an overall waste of time. Shocking service.

Poor customer service.I wanted a replacement of Dstv as my hardriver isnt working anymore then i was sent to randburg.Now i go to randburg from Soweto in order to get my dstv back.

DSTV IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS. I HAVE BEEN TRING TO RESOLVE MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM SINCE FEBRUARY. REPLY THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME. CALLED THIS MORNING ONCE AGAIN SPOME TO ANDRE .HE PUT ME THROUGH TO HIS TEAM LEADER. HE WAS TO CALL BE BACK TO HIRS AGO ONCE AGAIN.
