Queues well managed and they really follow covid rules and regulations

Why is it so difficult to get hold of the store via the contact number provided? It just rings off the hook automated responses that take you from pillar to post. Please review your contact/enquiry line, going to queue outside the shop for something that can be resolved over the phone is a bit risky during these times (Covid-19).

The stuff does not answer the phone call and due to corona the should be minimising customer visits.

The two staff ladies I dealt were very impatient, lack of product information on the offers instore and poor customer service to top it off.

Very poor service, consultants chat with their friends for a long time. Been waiting for more than 30 minutes, only one person in front of me.
