Just arrived at 5 30 pm its 5 45 right now.Im seated at an uncleaned table and no one has even took down my drink let alone a meal.

It is always a pleasure eating at Maponya Spur. The stuff is so always delightful and awesome. my number one waiter is Zanele always on point no matter how many people she is serving . The management Team is always open to assist their guests . No complaints in several times been there!

I went there on Saturday. I really enjoyed my experience there. The waitress, Melody was very kind, helpful and ever smiling. I had a relaxed and exciting there the meal was very delicious😋😋😋😋

Had an awesome breakfast 😋 will definitely came back the service was great and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

I am so disappointed in spur at Maponya mall . I ordered a meal via uber eats that had wings , pork chops and ribs . The food was not in any good conditions. Specially the pork chops they were half done it felt like I was eating raw meat ..

The watress# Zaza was nice and well spoken. She was not into my face checked once and when i needed her she was not far, basically she was very efficient. I enjoyed my food and strawberry daiquiri was just nice and cold.

The food was ok. But they could do better with their service. Nothing beats a waiter/waitress who knows how to make you feel like youre his/her favourite customer.Of course youll tip better but more than that, youll bring your family & friends along - regularly!

I love it here, first time we came with our the 8 months old son, they have small seats for babies, that was super cool having him seat steady with us on the table.

The service was slow. I dont know what was the problem of the waitress she was shaking. Do you have a staff member that is struggling with anxiety? waitresses were changed 3 times on our table. I was not impressed.

I mean, the food is nice. The wings are super nice.. Plus u get that camera guy who takes instant photographs.

Not bad hey. Friendly staff. Checking up on you every 15 minutes which at times gets a lil too much but hey, great service always.

I have never been so miss treated in my life I made an order and saw that it was going to be beyond my budget so 2 mins later decided to change order waitress was so rude I was still only table with the meal no one asked if I was still ok but was in front dancing to the music in the restaurant I dont know who owns these places but Soweto waiters and waitresses catch a wake up no one owes u anything and not because Im black I have to be treated so badly if it were another race they would have had top class service I have never felt like this in my life I asked some other waiter for help and he said hell be back ever since his never been back I hate your service and wish I could make a change to the service providers.

I just ate at the Maponya mall and now Im so sick. I had 400grams of ribs with spinach and pumpkin. The meat was so hard to cut through using my knife, and now it makes sense why. Because iv had a stomach ache ever since I got home! It better be not good poisoning.And waitresses there are not properly trained unlike the ones at Jabulani mall. Next time Ill just have Macdonalds when Im in Maponya mall. No thanksRegardsSick customer

When I was going through the reviews I thought customers were just exadurating until I decided to visit Spur Maponya mall. Bad! Service ever , cold toast and oily butter like who wants to eat cold brown bread with oil. So disappointed. Im never coming here and will never recommend for anyone to go thereTrash place
