My experience with the store was very nice and calming. The management deliver on their word.👍🏼👍🏼

I have always loved ShopRite Dube before it even became ShopRite. We called it Maponyas with my family, it lacked grocery items, some isles were empty. I would walk around and envision it packed with groceries. The day it had groceries I was so delighted as if it were my own shop. I love ShopRite Dube, its convenient even though customer service needs much attention. Being inside the ShopRite Dube excites me always. I am humbled and grateful it was not looted. Walking into the shop seeing that it remained intact during the looting, all I can say is GOD is great!!😃☺️🙏

Very busy needs much more security and proper cameras

Its convenient because its closer to my home, the service there is great but sometimes slow because of the long queues.

They got more than 8 paying points but only to find out 3are operating the you have to stand 🧍‍♂️on line for a long time than what you where suppose.

Not bad same rules no mask no entry and always a person to make sure your hands are sanitized

Tills constantly empty, yet the is staff to man them leading to a longer period of time buying. Always frustrating especially when buying only one item why the kiosk isnt available one never knows.Staff not very friendly.

The worst place you can decide to go do your shopping. The till points are the most horrible, you wait on long ques and when you finally reach the cashier... there is hardly a greeting or a smile. As if that is not enough then you hear her saying Plastic. I am not sure whether thats her name or is asking me if I want a plastic bag. Given the opportunity I try very hard to avoid this store.

This place is kinda dirty. I only use this Shoprite when I dont have a choice.

You will find what you need. If you dont the management respect and knows whats expected of them. They will treat you very well but the staff takes advantage that they are in the location. Most of the times there are no packers you must pack your groceries. Cashiers have an attitude at times they font aknowledge you. They just talk to each other while you there and often treat you like you need a favour. The management is trying hard you can rely on them. They even recognise the usual customers like me.

Had a very bad experience from Simangele Sibanda.She was not willing to help, made us wait for her to unpack all her couns from the plastic after her supervisor told her to open the till.Not even an apology for making us wait

The shop is superb they almost have evry stock in need .the problem is the cashiers a very slow and they have enough tills but they will open 4tills and that time the shop is full .they must save time when its full they mudt open all tills we dnt have enough time at the shop the aplenty things we must do during 1day

Not the quality you would expect from such a famous brand. Floors were dirty as well as some of the packaging of some of the groceries that were in store.

Please inform us in time when we going to turn or take another road or offramp 3km before please 1km is not enough

Parking a nightmare, taxis blocking every entrance and chances are you will park on the side of the road and then the shop is the most dirty shop I have ever been to, good luck
