Call center was helpful and went out of their way to provide me with assistance on Saturday 24.07.2021. I had received a call at 11:25pm on Friday night alerting me to a power failure. (the house is empty and on the market - I live in Gauteng). Called Saturday, requested security to check prepaid box - power had run out. Interprovincial travel was not allowed at this point. I bought power, gave the numbers to JoAnne in the control room who relayed them to the reaction guard. Thank you so much.

To Tyrone from SSS security a special thanx for responding immediately when i phoned him for assistance at General Beyers street on 12 March 21when my wife and daughter reported 2 unknown idividuals on her lawn. SSS responded immediately and the problem was resoved. Thanx also to the response team (Thabo) for their professional and respectfull manner they engaged with the 2 woman. Much appreciated

EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL ADMIN STAFF. Does not allow you to finish a sentence and acting like SHE is doing you a favour just by picking up the phone!!! Not once but EVERY time!!!!
