The receptionist was a little uncertain of what we required after a bit of conversation she was able to help us. The technicians appeared more clued up and were able to help us with slightly more technical questions.They have to do site testing before giving us a final quote. We will be able to comment further when we have that done

Had a wonderful service with their internet speed super fast. Most probably the best ISP in Secunda

Periods of frequent connection drops and then to get a hold of their support staff is a problem as well. Little or no communication and very rarely do they give feedback on issues.They have also not been able to give me a 10Mbps connection as requested. Now I am left with a 5.2Mbps connection and even that speed isnt always guaranteed.The only plus side is the descent rates.

Dont have a good support ... they left us without net for about a week .. disconnect often ... very low speed sometimes .. keep on telling you they are coming to fix then dont pick up their phones after 5 p.m and do that again the next day and the day after .. I am really disappointed ... they are not professional at all !!
