Visited Mica Secunda this morning. Wanted to buy a bathroom basin. Two corner basins in the shelve, but no prices. I wanted to leave the shop, but my husband thought it was a good idea to ask for the prices. The person said we need to come back the next day for the prices. He said the person working with the basins is not there. I could not believe what I heard. Must be the worst hardware store in Mpumalanga!

Nice place to visit. Some of the staff needs to make sure they know the products they sell. When I need help the staff tries to help met and if not they call somebody that can.

Abide well with all Covid conditions like you must have a face mask upon entering the premises.Must sanitize your hands.There is also a limited amount of people allowed in the shop.Great place to visit if you are looking for DIY items.They have shovels,cement,screws,plumbing items,electrical items to mention a few.Friendly staff to assist you with all your needs.One thing I love about the place is the organizing of the isles with the different items on display.Love this place

Well priced and they provide, most of the time, a relatively good service - which make them one of the better places to buy any hardware shops related goods. They are also well stocked and the salespeople know what it in or out of stock. Manager provide good service if you have any complaint.

Good hardware store with friendly staff. They have most of the necessities needed for the enthusiastic DIY and also a very few extra things that you dont find everywhere. If they dont stock it they will order it for you. They have saved me a few times already when needing spares to fix things around the house.

My experience with Mica is generally pleasant but it can be frustrating when trying to explain but they are generally efficient.

Nice manager guy who was super nice is no longer there and the cashiers are just unpredictable sometimes grumpy sometimes civil they are exhausting and the shop looks bad looks 😝 but we just glad to have a Mica I guess

Only reason i even give this place a star is because the staff is friendly(some off them) but most of them dont even know hardware terminology and the worst of all is the place is WAY over priced,for example,i wanted a impact driver,cheapest one i could afford was a Ryobi offcoarse and when looking for prices it went as follows.Builders warehouse :R700 Burgers Mica : R985 and this Mica for exactly the same drill without the battery R1400!!
