This is the 3rd time it happend to me. There chips is old and cold. The salad was wilted. The fish oily. Just not up to paar. Lastweek i thought id give them one more shot. While i was waiting to place my order the lady that was cooking the food took her mask off and coughed all over the food. I was so disgusted i will never order there again. How many times before this has it happened. So disappointed

The fish, calamari rings and rice were amazing. This is one place that always keeps its standard high - no matter how long its been since youve eaten there. Definitely worth the 30 minute wait, trust me.
Its small, but great. Staff is friendly. Not good enough for a sit in. If you order to go, youll be fine.

Waited one hour for 3 fish and rice. Portions were small. Wouldnt rush back there. One lady packing and working till. Manageress creating chaos instead of assist.
Unfortunately very poor service, I end up cancelling about half my orders for delivery because they simply take too long. Every time I give them another chance I am disappointed again. Store managers are unhelpful and not at all interested in what you ordered (or sometimes have even paid for already). Avoid. For fish, phone and collect from Ocean Basket, it will be simpler.
Unfriendly staff, bad customer service, expensive food, small portions... The only good thing was the manager: Ismail, who was very helpful.
They always prepare the best meal. I always enjoy their meals.

Lekka good food
Trifinea was manning the till. We were standing infront of her she did not even look up to acknowledge us. She was screaming at the people telling her to answer the phone. She was to busy to give any service. Very unfriendly. This was the second time we tried ordering. I wont go there again.

29 December 2017 @ 19h00 . We were forced to accept rice with our order although the overhead board read or or or. Staff could not expain why the ad f20 was wrong. We left and suppored the road house. The Hermanator and family.
I am highly dissapointed! My promo hake is bigger than the large hake..no lemon no tartar sauce.

Worst experience Ive received from a take away place. Bought food online for delivery and it took 1 hour 50 min to deliver. Called them 1hour 20 min in and they just said oh its on its way. I asked the driver why it took so long and he said they were very busy. Never buying online again!
