Incredible bad service. They dont even deserve 1 star. Upon entering the outlet, you need to approach the staff and ask for service, they dont offer service. According to them one cannot add additional RAM on the Asus Noteboook we bought from them. Incredible Connection Middelburg was able to do it in less than 30min.

Ive had to exchange 3 different Bluetooth earphones here due to faults, but did so with little hassle. The staff dont always immediately offer any assistance, which is inconvenient because most of their products require staff to hand it to you. Unless you happen to have a magnet.

If i could give zero stars i definitely would... If its not slow service its rude cashiers who always act like they know it all... Incredible Connection @ secunda mall is not so incredible. I would rather buy right next door.! Never going back there anymore

Good luck if the product that you purchased is faulty... There is no service even if you ask for a refund wich you are entitled by law. (I was even prepared just to have it exchanged ) The staff and manager just want to prove a point to you that they dont have to give a service. Think twice before purchasing anything from them.

I never give bad review but it was too much today. I was calling them for something today, the connection was not very good, but when it was established the receptionist with no care for their Customers just yelled at me *Wait, just wait pleaaaaaaase*. I only heard her for few seconds and thats the first thing I heard and I cut the call with sadness and bad feeling. I will never call them anymore. So bad customer service for my first experience with them !!!! Sorry

Here the staff knows nothing about anything.I asked questions with a bunch of uh and ah I helped myself, paying for the items they need to phone around to find out how they should take payments, and finally they dont know their products. This was an all round KAK shop to visit
