Our baby was sent home with nothing but over the counter nasal spray and a there is nothing wrong with her when she in fact had a very serious condition - bronchiolitis. She had to be readmitted in hospital and she is only now getting proper treatment under a different practitioner.

I asked what should I say, she say say why you here, whats wrong with your child, as I start talking she points at me with her finger as a sign to keep quiet, carries on with her phone call, after speaking, says carry on, as I said speaking, she does the finger thing again and thats how my the whole conversation way, her figure and the words carry on.After the check up, my son is crying his lungs out, I pick him up and try to claim him, she told me to stop doing that, dress him up and pack all you stuff, I dont have time to wait for you while you busy doing thatIf there was a 0 star, I would give her that!!

We were told to take a stool sample of our toddler within an hour, so we took it to ER. They dont know where the results are but it takes them almost two days to follow up. The lady in front, is rude and has no idea what is going on. Terrible service. This is costing money for my wife to sit and home and wait for incompetent people to answer.
