Parcel posted on the 13 May 2021 not yet delivered on the 18 June 2021.They tell me it was delivered at Witbank and yet it was addressed Secunda Postnet.My it my fault that it went to Witbank who is supposed to bring it back to s Secunda.When I call Witbank they say it was collected by a Sombu or Sibongile without my ID document.

I wouldnt even give it a star. They dont honor their R99 special on the website and charge what they want. U cant even lay a complaint cause nobody answers the phones from HO either. Wont be using them again

I phoned Postnet Secunda to get some info. The staff member that answered the phone was not helpful at all, just hung up the phone when she could not help.Pathetic.
