Im an owner in Coron Park. Please people. Pets are not allowed no matter what others or the estate agent tells you. Make sure you read and familiarize your self with the rules.This is a ok place to stay but some tenants do not give a darn about other tenants.

Since I can remember Coron park existed back in the 80s and my parents use to live here when I was 3years old,and still today my friends are staying here..Its situated close to the High school, primary school, sollys supermarket,bottle store,Barbour and Sasol Garage Petrol station...The Perfect spot

Near almost everything. 2 schools and 2 churches around the corner. Could be a bit noisy with crying children en partying adults in the complex.

Centrally located. Well run. Managing agents efficient.

Secure parking alongside the apartments, 24hour security with boom gate, 3 bedroom townhouse very specious, 2 parkings & spacious front garden, no braai facilities or communal pool or kiddies play area. Apartments are stand alone in close proximity to the other apartments & own fencing can be applied. Rental is just over R6k. Spider web washing line with not enough space to hang 2+ loads of washing.
