My mom needed her laptop repaired as her windows was faulty. They helped her immediately and told her to leave her laptop with them to have a look at. They kept her up to date and were transparent with the progress they were making, keeping an open line of communication at all times. She recieved her laptop back within 24 hours!!! They were very efficient, professional and patient. I HIGHLY recommend them!👏

Quite unhappy about the service.The laptop now has no drivers for sound or internet.It was sent in for repairs, no quote was given, no feedback on the issue, just an invoice for labor costs at the end.
