Wow, handed in a stanley flask for repairs a month ago with no communication or updates from them what so ever. Phoned the store for an update, transferred me to a gent named Siya, only to be informed that he is now on lunch. Shocking!

Very remote atmosphere and people helping make it seem as if we are bothering them.Went there again recently and I cannot believe that nothing has changed. Still no staff to assist a person at all.
