They did an installation for me in November, I Explained to the Tech what exactly I want to do, and they said its all done the way I want it, in May I bought the decoders that I needed, and with a shock realized that the Installation was not done the way I wanted it, I phoned the Office to speak to Management, and they were not available, the lady in the office helped best she could only do what she was told.Management, it is not our fault we do not know what is needed and that is why we trust you and your Techs.In the feature, I will suggest you make sure what exactly you need and want and dont let any of AK Aerial Employees tell you that it is done, when you havent done your homework beforehand
