Pathetic, ask for something the staff looks at you and pulls up their shoulders, couldnt be bothered with helping a customer.

They actually dont even deserve a single star, extremely rude unprofessional service, let you stand in a queue for ages, while the one is laying over the counter assisting a client and calling everyone to look at clients ID copy, 3 walking around, talking not assisting. Eventually when I got to the front, I was told that the machine for sending parcels is not working but in such a rude manner, not even apologizing for inconvenience. Not trained properly
