The shop abide to covid regulations like wearing is compulsory,sanitize your hands upon entering the shop & only a limited amount of people is allowed at a time.Great to do shopping.The items are arranged in such a manner that you dont have to look for any items,but if you still cant find your items,there is always friendly staff to assist you no matter what youre looking for.Great place to shop

The Manager has become very friendly and goes out his way to help me if items are not available when I shop there

I have been shopping at Pick and pay secunda mall for years , get there today staff friendy but only 2 paypoints open , nobody to pack , not good service at all customers in long Q waiting , only after asking they opened more paypoints.

They have wrong prices and make you walk three whole shop for you to show them something they are supposed to have done right. Wasting my time.
