I have read the other reviews and do not understand it at all. this place is ABSOLUTEY useless. The receptionist has no clue. the techs are always missing in action. They cannot follow simple instructions. Needed a simple insurance claim done (cause of loss, replacement and repair cost. ) 4 weeks and still not done. If you do not call them nothing happens. they are either closed or not available and when they say they Well send you documents or pictures be sure you will have to follow up because they wont!!!!. THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! WIL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. !!!!!!!!! Even now writing this I sent someone to collect my machines. called them first thing in the morning to tell them that he will collect. now (3 hours later) he has to stand there and wait another hour for them to put everything back together!!! pathetic.

I walked into Computer Geeks intending to buy printer cartridges. I walked to the cartridges section and Denise informed me that they dont have my cartridges as their supplier is out of stock. She knew which cartridges I use without looking at her computer to source info about my purchasing history. Such service makes one feel very special which I am not. Thats one of the reasons I support local.
