Generally this retailer is worth the while to do your shopping at. The parking is a bit of a mess, especially on the southern entrance side.Prices are very reasonable and you can basically buy anything that other retailers in this category stocks. Their fast food is of exceptional quality even though priced very lowIt is however the attitude or demeanour of the employees that makes you rather want to avoid shopping here.It is quite evident that not all employed here have the required skill sets to engage with customers in a positive way. These individuals treat customers with disrespect, or are just rude.It’s not always what you want to say but how you say it and your ability to convey that message in a positive way to improve customers experience

Outside versus inside is like day and night, If you dont know the place, you would drive right by, yes there are big signs, but its in a dodgey area, and almost no parking what seems to be a taxi waiting area right against the place, didnt feel very safe stopping there and leaving my car there, BUT, once you master up the courage and go inside, its like youre in a whole different area, the place is big and very neat, fully stocked shelves, prices thats extremely good, and a wide variety of products all in one, truly a nice place to shop at.

This is a great local supermarket for your day to day grocery and basic needs. Most of the time the prices are competitive and most of the staff are friendly and helpful. I especially like the fruit and veg section and the deli. Their freshly baked bread is the best.

Terrible service from the two ladies at the counter infront... worst that i can imagine... they told me to take out the stuff out of my bucket and insisted that is not their job but i guess when they were interviewed they did have that kind of attitude hope management looks into that they even called security because i didnt want to take out the stuff i spend money there and get treated like a dog as a business owner myself sies man

I used to go from one shop to another looking for specials. Now l only shop at Zio, they have the lowest prices on essential things. I really love Zio foods. I dont even think twice, l go straight to Zio whether l want cleaning products, basic food or cooked meals. They are the best

Zio is the most money for value supermarket in Sasolburg. Although you might not find much asian ingredients...they have almost everything from catering supplies to storage. Zio always has specials on staple food. You are sure to save some money. Bakery butchery deli fresh produce . Bottle store for alcohol is outside the main shop. Plenty of parking and opposite to Sasol 1.

Went to the store yesterday 02/11/2020, there were no wet wipes to wipe the trollies/baskets. I reported this to the supervisor and she was extremely rude including the lady checking slips!

First time seeing it and it has made good impression on me. Low prices, convenient, great service and it is big. It has a look and feel of a big supermarket about it. Big supermarket definitely have competition here

If convenience was bought at the shelves, it would be sold here. Flexible shopping hours for your convince. Reduce customer effort very well organised and planned out for customers to find what they are looking. With daily fresh Bakery produce and a top of the range Butcher it makes it an ideal shopping place for any day.

Zio is a very nice store. They sell everything you need here and there is a pharmacy located inside which is very convenient. Staff and security is very friendly. Only minor bad thing that i can say is the parking does not feel very safe infront of zio.

Has Three ATMs.Nedbank,Absa and Capitec.FNB is located at the next shop.Very spaceious and well organised.I have been there only 2 times and on both those occasions I have recieved great service.Everyone, from the Security to the cashiers, is very polite.
