Clean well managed residential complex

A very pleasant spot of apartments near the highway. And that first part might be what puts a lot of people off. I was apprehensive about the same thing, but the high barriers and thick walls kill off almost all of the noise from the big roads. Its surprisingly quiet and calm in there.The complex then capitalises on this because youre so close to major roads and this makes your commute easy.The apartments are very spacious and the first floor spaces have impressively high walls.The only downside is that the parking is quite cramped, and there isnt any good or convenient parking for guests, meaning you have a bit of a walk to do from where youre expected to park, to where youre visiting.

Was there to repair the aircon

Good security and well kept property. Only issue is that if an owner is allocated multiple parking spots, why are the guests forced to use the uncovered(opened) parking at the top which is far out. Let the guests park in the parking bay(s) allocated to the owners if they dont complain.

Too few visitors parking but nice complex, seems safe.

Great location to all the northern suburbs.
