Unstable and unpredictable. I feel like Im having to help them de-bug the app. It really is not reliable, dropping data, sending multiple duplicate emails to clients etc. and I would change except that theres a huge amount of our data already loaded, so Im stuck.9 months later and it is still hopeless. Try to build a workflow to send emails to clients with attachments a fixed number of days before Next Service Date - attachments get dropped, dates get changed, the email template de-selects and is replaced by a rubbish name.This doesnt even deserve to be called a Beta version. I guess the good reviews are from people who dont try to get it to do all that it claims to be.
